Your Rehearsal Plan Generator
Why a structured rehearsal plan makes the difference
Many choir rehearsals start without a clear plan. The result: Some pieces get too much time, others too little, and at the end there's no time for important run-throughs. A good rehearsal plan helps you make the most of your available time – and gives you as conductor the confidence that you won't forget anything important.
The method: Priorities + Energy Curve
This generator plans your rehearsal according to two principles: First, pieces are weighted by priority and urgency (concert date, status, your assessment). Second, the energy curve of a typical choir rehearsal is considered: warm-up at the beginning, difficult detail work in the middle (when concentration is highest), and easier run-throughs at the end (when everyone is warmed up but getting tired).

Why this generator is made for choir conductors
Understands rehearsal dynamics
Difficult pieces in the middle of rehearsal (highest concentration), run-throughs and easier pieces at the end.
Prioritizes by urgency
Concert pieces and "must do today" items get more time and better placement.
Thinks of everything
Warm-up, breaks, announcement buffer – the plan considers the reality of a choir rehearsal.
